Passive sentence

A: I look up to him.

B: He is looked up to.

A: I look forward to the party.

B: The party is looked forward to.


A: He came up with a solution.

B: A solution was come up with.


A: He got away with a crime.

B: A crime was gotten away with.


Are sentence Bs passive forms of sentence As? Please help.
