I always see and hear reference being made about "extended business hours", especially now in prime Christmas shopping season. I usually see "deferred" used in reference to payment, taxes or dealings with financial consideration. For me, I would just say " starting Dec 1st, our business hours will be extended to / till 10:00pm ".
