Could you please help me with the sentence below? May I say:

We will make the delivery on September, 23 in case of the data to be paid.

No, it does not make sense. "money to be paid" makes sense because you pay money. "data to be paid" does not because you do not pay data. You might pay for data, so "data to be paid for" makes sense. Perhaps this is what you mean, but even if it is, I don't understand the sentence as a whole, or the use of "in case of". What is the connection between the delivery and the data?
