Passive form

Hi Please help me with this.

It is an exercise on passive voice.

Normally the floor is cleaned every morning,but somehow it.....(not/get/do) this morning.

Is was not got done correct?

I would say so, yes. At best, it is very awkward.
The natural ways to express the idea would be:
...it didn't get done.
...it did not get done.
...it wasn't done.
...it was not done.
