Passive form

I think this is called Passive Form. Not sure. Anyway can someone please check these.
1. What is the food you often eat? The food I often eat is pizza.
2. What is the drink you often drink? The drink I often drink is coffee.
3. What is the subject you often study? The subject I often study is social studies.
4. What is the sport you often play? The sport I often play is soccer.
5. What is the tv show you often watch? The tv show I often watch is Seinfeld.
6. What is the restaurant you often go to? The restaurant I often go to is McDonalds.
7. What is the book you often read? The book I often read is Harry Potter.
