Passive Causative

A/v: John gets Victor to wash his clothes.
P/v: John gets his clothes washed by Victor.

Could the sentence be written as, "Victor is got to wash his clothes by John" in passive voice, if I want to focus on the Doer rather that the Causer?

And if yes, what is the sentence structure in passive voice for causative verb Have, focused on the Doer, not on the Causer?

A/v: Evan had his secretary call Christ.
P/v: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ . ????
