passive

hi!
what's the correct version of this sentence in the passive ?

active- The judge gave him three months in which to pay the fine.
(I know that the first possible version is: He was given three months in which to pay a fine. But what if I want to start with the direct object?)
passive- Two weeks were given to him in which to pay a fine. or Two weeks in which to pay a fine were given to him. (?)

And whwere should I put "by the judge" in both these versions?
Thanks in advance
