Passage correction: Grammar, vocabulry, wording
Hello everybody!
Could somebody possibly correct the following translation, please?
The grammar of the source language is quite different and so is the sentence structure. In spite of that, I need to make the translationas faithful as possible. Any advice welcome!

The Purchase module is linked with the stock, which makes it possible in the order proposal to account for usual movements in stock, quantity discounts, speed of deliveries, package size etc. The XY Information System itself chooses an optimal supplier from the entered suppliers of a selected item in the system according to the entered criteria (such as date of delivery, price per quantity, payment terms and so on). As a result, the system automatically proposes to the user an order corresponding to their current requirements.
