Pass or GIVE

How to say this please?

1 She gave me/pass me her fever. (can you say that?)

"Gave" is what people would most likely use. For example, "She gave me her fever."

If you were to use the word "pass" you could say something like "She passed her fever onto me" and that would be fine too.

I never heard of passing a fever, and I don't think fever is transmittable. You can however, pass the flu bug to someone.
