i am very confused with those two tense in the time claus, e.g

it is the first time i have spoke to Lisa since high school.

it was the time i had spoke to Lisa since high school .

or

it is the first time i have seem my sister smock cigratte.

it was the first time i had seem my sister smock cigratte.
