Parts of Speech in this sentence..

"This agreement is automatically considered renewed for another fifty (50) years unless terminated pursuant to the provisions provided therein."

1. Which is the subject and the predicate?
2. What are the parts of speech involve in this sentence? Is there a noun here? adverb? adjective? etc.

The reason I'm asking:

Some people in my place see this confusing. They think that the agreement is for 100 years since the word "automatically" is there. My interpretation is, the word automatically describe what would happen should the party involve do nothing to terminate the agreement but I do not know how to explain this tecnically. Please help. Thanks.

Your interpretation is correct. The 50-year agreement will renew itself only contingent upon no earlier termination before the first 50 years (if anyone is alive to complain about it by that time). I fail to see what the parts of speech have to do with it, however.
