Parts of Speech Identification

My homework is calling for identification of different parts of speech in sentences. The instructor said it will be worth 44 points, 1 point for each correct answer. My issue is that I have way more than 44 answers identified - so I'm not sure if I did something wrong here or not. Identifying all the articles upped the adjective count greatly, so I'm concerned if I've actually found everything or not. I'd like for a helper to look these over and pick out anything I may have screwed up (I'm sure I have. Emotion: big smile).

I'm supposed to identify subjects, verbs (predicates), adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and prepositional phrases. The prep. phrases are in parentheses.

1.  Because you can offer a sizeable discount, I am confident that you will make the sale. (Subject = you, verbs = can offer, will make, adj. = a, sizeable, the, conj. = because)
  1.  2.  Kate Fox and Norma Farrell’s office is located (in the main building.) (Subject = Kate Fox/Norma Farrell, verb = is, adj. = the, main)
  1.  3.  A high-quality camcorder can cost the consumer a month’s salary. (Subject = camcorder, verb = can cost, adj. = a, high-quality, the, a, month's)
  1.  4.  The men’s room (on the fifth floor) has just been remodeled. (Subject = room, verb = has been remodeled, adj. = the, the, fifth, adv. = just)
  1.  5.  Every one (of the units) seems too fragile (for our purpose.) (Subject = units, verb = seems, adj. = every, fragile, adv. = too)
  1.  6.  If Brittany Taylorcontinuallyinterferes (with your work), apprise your supervisor (of the fact). (Subject = Brittany Taylor, verb = interferes, apprise, adj. = the)
Sorry for the weird formatting - MS Word's formatting doesn't translate over to EF's style! Emotion: smile

The verb in #2 is "is located"
Replace the determiner "Kate Fox and Norma Farrell's" with the pronoun "their"
