Can someone please clarify my doubt.

i want to take this sentence " There is only one S in sentence and that is the first letter."

There is- Verb.

only - adverb

one- adjective

S - noun

in - preposition

sentence- noun

and - conjunction

that is- pronoun

first - adjective

letter - subject.

is this proper?

the - determiner

letter - subject noun ("subject" is not a part of speech.)
