An entire line cannot be a part of speech. You have eight words there, so there are eight parts of speech to identify.

1 the - determiner
2 jaws - noun
3 that - relative pronoun
4 bite - verb

And the same for words 5 - 8.

'That' belongs to the category (or word class/part of speech) 'subordinator'. It introduces the relative clauses 'that bite' and 'that catch'.

Yikes! Missed that. Or rather, missed "that".

What part of speech is that? vs What part of speech is "that"?

LOL.
