I think both are correct. but is one preferred?
I'm trying to edit a korean writer who labeled a table as "Consciousness for the safety of meat", comparing domestic and imported varieties of different sources of meat and how safe the customers felt about the meats. What do you think of the label "Customer perception of safety of various meats"? Or is "Risk associated with different kinds of meat" better? Thanks for your input.

I have only a slight, slight preference for "partly" with the verb "succeed".
If the meat safety table is truly the result of polling customers, then "Risk ..." is not going to work at all. The customers are hardly likely to have the expertise necessary to arrive at any objective evaluation of the risk. I think the "Customer perception ..." choice is better.
