Partly

I don't undertand that word.

Miracle on the 17th green is a book that you can read in one sitting partly because it's only 150 pages and partly because it is so good.

What did he actually meant?

Thanks. Though, It's confusing because it says " To some degree, but not completely" On my dictionary. What I mean is that it doesn't say " One reason is" and " The other reason is"

But that make sence to me, so thanks.

The reason is not what you can measure. When giving arguments we, conditionally of course, observe it from different points of view and we can't say exactly the degreee of something.
xHealthYBut that makes sense to me, so thanks.
