Participles

Some native speakers told me that this sentences sound very bad, though grammatically correct. Do you also think so?

His car washed/ Being washed / Having been washed, he drove off into the night.

Being built / Built / Having been built by professionals, the house is very cosy

This is more natural.

I don't know about very bad. They're pretty bad, but there are a lot of worse ones out there.

They are useless for conversation. That's sure.

Participial constructions are more often seen in writing than heard in conversation.
