Sir,
1.She turned the pages.She found her favourite poem.
conversion of this is i.e
Teurnig the pages,she found her favourite poem.
2.Don't waste time.Don't watch T.V.
Don't waste time watching T.V.
3.Gul spends a lot of time.She travel to school.
Gul spends a lot of time travelling to school.

I want to know specially for (3) why it is not possible like this
Spending a lot of time, she tavel to school.

4.Don't mind. Help others.
Can this be written like
Don't mind helping others.
