Respected sir,I want to ask one question about some grammatical structure.1) Dr.John travels extensively throughout the world, teaching other doctors and healers, consulting privetly and giving seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.2)  Dr.John travels extensively throughout the world, teach other doctors and healers, consult privetly and give seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.My question is : the meaning of both sentences are same ?if not, then what is difference ?

The second sentence is ungrammatical. It could be that you meant this:

2) Dr. John travels extensively throughout the world, teaches other doctors and healers, consults privately and gives seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.

If so, (1) more clearly implies that "teaching", "consulting" and "giving seminars" happen while he is on his global travels.

"John" is most often a person's first name. Normally after the title "Dr" we put the person's surname. However, "John" can also be a surname, in which case "Dr John" is correct.

My question is

If the meaning of both the sentences are same then why second is used for speaking and writing

Why not first sentence is used for speaking and writing ?
