Participle construction

She has long hair. She is wearing a white shirt. She is chopping some vegetables.

Can I shorten these sentences using "participle construction"? like this below.

1. She has long hair, wearing a white shirt, chopping some vegetables.

2. She has long hair, wearing a white shirt and chopping some vegetables.

1 and 2 are both ok? which is better? Thank you : )
