Participle Adjectives

I'm studying the present and past participles of verbs when used as adjectives.

Can you tell me if the following sentences are grammatically correct:

Look at the broken window. (This sentence seems fine to me.)

Look at the broken window by John. (This sentence seems incorrect)

Look at the window broken by John. (This sentence seems grammatically ok, but the way I would say it.)

The boy running is John.

The running boy is John.

The two sentences above seem fine, but the bottom sentence seems to put more emphasis on running as a pose to other people who might be climbing or playing football next to the person running.

I'd be grateful for any help thanks.

Thank you for correcting my questions.

Sorry I meant to say " ..,but it's not the way I would say it."

When I wrote "as a pose to" I was wondering which one was correct, so I looked on the net, but couldn't find a good answer. Thanks.
