Participle

1.I saw the factory close down

2.I saw the factory closed down.

Which one(s) will be right?

I have seen so far my times when we use some verbs : see, watch, then we use base formof verb instead of present perticiple .For exam: I saw him go.My another question is - 1.I saw him (go/ going).which one is right here? Go/ Going?
