Participial construction

Here is the sentence - Because it was rainy, we decided not to go on a picnic.

We can say... It being rainy, we decided not to go on a picnic.

Right?

And we know that we can leave out 'being' or 'having been' in participial construction.

So,, It rainy, we decided not to go on a picnic.Is it right? Help me plz Emotion: smile
