Participial Adjectives

I am trying to learn to use English practically.
Here is a handout about participial adjectives which was written by me.
Could anybody correct my ideas of participial adjectives ?
Could anybody correct my writing below?(as I may wrongly capitalised words or the examples I wrote may be grammartically wrong.)

Many thanks in advance
