Part of Speech 'enough'

Hi Teachers,

Which part of speech is 'enough' in this sentence?

The trouble is he doesn’t have enough money for another drink.

Isn't it a modifier or quantifier? I don't really know what the difference is.

Dictionaries however still classify "enough" as being an adjective, adverb or pronoun. You did ask what part of speech "enough" is in that sentence, and as far
