Letter Writing
Part of a translated poem..
Hello, I am trying to translate a phrase from my language to english...
"Love is a wild feeling, almost rude, it does not knock at the door or rings the bell, comes into the house without notice and sits at the head of the table as the master"
I need to know if.. it is understandible or if I made errors that make it meaningless
...
"sits the head of the table as the master" is the right form to say... someone is sitting in the seat that usually is for the house's owner?.. and.. the word "master" is the right choice to say.. something that has a power on us?
