Part II make it crisp and professional language

I am writing this to CEO of company so please kindly help me to make the language very crisp and professional

This cell would also increase revenues within the group for the group. E.g. Al ad films for group companies would be made by the film fund, thus giving the fund additional revenue. The subsidized cost raised by the film fund would result in savings for the group company making the film. Similarly when the film fund unit is traveling their insurance needs would be provided by our insurance company, at a subsidized cost, resulting in saving for the film fund and additional revenue for the insurance company. Similarly for wellness, diagnostic etc synergies within all group companies would we worked out by this communications nerve cell. This would not be charged extra by us, but be a part of our work This cell needs to be empowered for the group companies to notice and respect it. The communication must go from the MD’s desk informing all group companies about this. We propose to implement this from 1^st November so in these turbulent markets we can control unnecessary expenditure and also generate revenues.
