When you use "will," you don't use the -ing form of the main verb. I will try to fix it.
Capitalize the first word of each sentence and the days of the week.
I work at McDonald's VN (I don't know what VN means) every day except Thursday and Friday.
Sometimes I work in the mornings and afternoons.
Every day I work, I have to pay $1 for parking.
I work (There is no reason to use the past tense) in the kitchen of the restaurant, and I have to clean up the tables and chairs.
At break time, I eat and read. The book I read is Wimpy Kid. (You don't want to accidentally say you are eating the book: I eat and read a book.)
