Parsing

The chief executive didn't tell the board about the working practices in the warehouses.

The chief executive - a subject;
didn't tell - a predicator;
the board - an indirect object;
about the working practices in the warehouses - a verb complement (didn't tell about...).

Is my parsing acceptable?

I wonder whether the verb complement (prepositional phrase) "about the working practices in the warehouses" can be taken as a 'dummy direct object' thus justifying the use of "the board" as an indirect one.
