Parsing

Hi,

"Not for nothing is Boris the rival Downing Street is said to fear most." [From today's The Independent.]

Is my parsing of the cited sentence correct?

Boris - a subject.

the rival Downing Street is said to fear most - a complement.

Not for nothing - an adverbial.

Thank you.
