Parole board

i am needing help with a letter to the board of pardons, for my son who was sentenced to [year] rehearing, but with the condissions the board set for him, of things he was to complete for him to be released, [name] completed they successfully, without any write ups and he has been there for two years now at the [State] state prison. He was charged with [offence X] which was reduced to [offence Y], and he has done everthing he can with this time to better himself,and grow up. the caseworker and theripis are putting in for a special, which is going to ask for a earlier date for a hearing or release,and as his mother i would like to write a letter as well, but mine always turn inti a novel before i get what i have to say written down. please help me. as you can see my sentences tend to run on forever. thank you for any help offered.
