parking lot

Could you please check if the following sounds natural for an official expression of a parking lot?

Multilevel tower system
[car size restrictions]
height 2,050 mm
width 1,850 mm
weight 2,000 kg
Those restrictions also apply to vehicles with an antenna and roof racks.
Lowriders(car with a lowered body?) may be guided to a City coin parking nearby.

In the US, these structures are called parking garage. There is a height limit sign usually hung at the entrance stated the max height permitted. The car owners are liable for all damages caused to the structure by excessive height of the vehicles.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Now I understand that length and weight limits are not unsually posted. Could you please check if the English expressions are intelligible then?

Probably not to everybody in the US because of the metric system. In Japan, I would say yes.

In Japan and many other countries, they do not usually use commas:

height 2050 mm
width 1850 mm
weight 2000 kg
