Paris

Paris is the place where I live.
Is it ok if I put "that" instead of "where"
in this sentence.

Since Paris makes it non-defining clause.
I think its unlikely but,

Paris is the place where I live.

You can use "that" if you use a preposition.

Paris is the city that I live in. (I live in the city.)
Paris is the city in which I live.
