Paraphrase

Hello,

  1. The boy running in the field is my brother.

The above sentece could be paraphrased as:

A. The boy who runs in the field is my brother.

B. The boy who is running in the field is my brother.

Which one is correct(A, B)?

The boy running in the field is my brother.

The boy who is running in the field is my brother.

The original sentence has "running". That's why the paraphrased sentence should have "running" too.
