parallelism, correct my sentences

Hi,

I have come across some sentences that I'm having trouble correcting.

1. Just as their own parents left the city for the space and calm of suburbia,so crowds and excitement are why today's parents are returning to it.

2. Failing to dress appropriately for the weather can not only ruin a person's day but also leads to health problems.

3. The new software company has sold more of its e-mail virus patches than any other software company.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mr. Micawber!

Well, for the 3rd one, we don't use "of its" because its redundant?

Thanks!

No—because the other software companies do not sell the new company's patches.
