Parallelism #2

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superman challenges him to battle, but Infinity-Man teleports away mid-battle. His motive in killing the New Gods remains unclear. However, he claims to be acting on behalf of the Source itself—revealed as the "good" half of an entity that previously encompassed the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source_(comics) and the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Life_Equationand that his killings were intended to reunite both aspects.

I think the to-infinitive phrase "to be acting" and "that~" clause are the objects of "claims"; if so, I'd like to know whether "to be acting" and "that~" clause can keep parallelism.

Thank you in advance for your help.
