Parallelism

I am wondering if the following is parallel:

Processed food in vending machines IS DETRIMENTAL to your ling term health, CAUSES obesity and SABOTAGES concentration and focus.

Is it parallel becuase IS is a verb, or not parallel because of the adjective?

Thank you so much!

I think that the three verbs in the singular present tense, is, causes, sabotages constitute parallelism. What follows the verb is not important.
