Parallel structure?

Would someone please comment on whether or not this sentence from Wiki is correct?

Hale testified in U.S. District Court that Gov. Bill Clinton pressured him to make a fraudulent $300,000 loan and that he not be named in the loan.

It seems to me that "pressured him to make" cannot be followed by "and [pressured him] that he not be named."

But I'm not sure.
