I'd like to know whether it is appropriate to use in cover letter?

I am a talented IT professional with extensive experience in the areas of network and systems administration, network infrastructure design, and project management. I am particularly interested in network services study, deployment, and administration in a free and open-source software based environment. I am always looking for new ways to automate and improve existing services. On the other hand I have a variety of leadership, communications, motivational, team building, and analytical skills. I enjoy helping and inspiring diverse groups to work towards a common goal, using my ability to understand, negotiate, and resolve conflicting needs. I have been a vital part of the growth and success of every company for which I have worked, and have played a key role in its development. Now, I would like to bring my knowledge and expertise to your company.

My first thought is that I am left unclear as to what type of job you want, eg hands-on technical, or managerial?

I have this information in first paragraph.

This is well-written. There are lots of sites on-lne where you can find advice about cover letters. However, I do have one suggestion.
What you have written seems generic. You could send it, unchanged, to 100 companies. As an employer, I would like it if you added something to show that you have researched my company, its successes and problems, its strategy in the marketplace, etc.

Hi! I'm XXXXX M.I.S supervisor of Company , we are conducting feasibility study about the performance of Ezee FRONTDESK AND POS BURR.
Further more, Ezee Philippines / Fortle Telecoms Solutoin Inc, the authorize distributor of Ezee hotel system, they conducted a product demo in our hotel last July 3, 2015. As they presented their company portfolio, Company are one of TOP Ezee hotel system users.

In this regard, we would like to ask your advise about the performance of EZEE Frontdesk and POS Burrp?
