Letter to a close friend:

Thank you for always taking the time to listen to what’s on my mind. I, too, wish for us to be forever friends. Very grateful to have you as a friend and close confidence, especially at times when I felt I had nobody else to turn to.

Cindy, my mom is a person filled with love, but so easily influenced, sometimes I feel like she doesn’t have a mind of her own. I feel like I should encourage her to read more or find a hobby or learn more about anything, but she always uses her age as an excuse. It’s so hard to love her when I’m still working on myself, I believe that as I get better, it’ll be easier for me to show her how much I really do appreciate her for raising me to the best of her abilities. I want so much for her to be proud of me, but first I have to be proud of myself.

I hate Jamie. He’s a selfish arrogant prick. I truly believe he doesn’t want the best for me or anybody else for that matter.

I am so happy to have found what I truly want in life! I want to be a woman of honor, to have the respect of others, and to be a better human being. I want to make a difference, be known, a figure in this world and not just an average Joe. I know this will take a lot of time, energy, sweat, blood, tears, and hard work, but I’ve got to this for myself. I need to do this for myself before it’s too late. For the first time in my life I’m really happy, but I’ve got this insatiable thirst for life, knowledge, goals, that I want to quench so badly and it’s all foreign to me.

Why do people always say education is overrated? Henry tells me that day in and day out, him and his BS.
