Paragraphs

If the topic sentence of a paragraph is at the end of the paragraph, what happens with the conclusion sentence and where would it go?

" Perhaps you mean the title? I would think a conclusion sentence would go at the end of the paragraph. At the very least, common sense would say that the conclusion sentence should go after you have presented your main points and the reasoning you have for them.
