Paragraph in the Introduction

Can someone please check my paragraph on grammar- spelling mistakes? This would really help my research.
Furthermore, I'm not sure if some words make sense.
Is 'conceptual and methodological background' correct? This section explains various theoretical models and the econometric framework.
Is 'quantitative assessment' correct? I'm referring the emperical/ econometrical results.
I'm not sure if 'measures' is the right plural. I mean the different ways/ variables I use to estimate infrastructure.
Is 'demonstrates' the right word?
Some other tips?

"The rest of this paper is organized as follows. Section 2 describes the conceptual and methodological background for the quantitative assessment made in Chapter 4. In section 3, this report describes the data set, the theoretical input- and control variables, and the measures of infrastructural quantity used in the analysis. Section 4 presents the empirical results on the extent to which economic growth may be accounted for through infrastructural-related characteristics. Finally, Section 5 concludes, and demonstrates several consideration of directions for future research."

'Several' is plural; 'consideration' is singular.

Thank you. Sorry if I was impatient.
Is the remaining part of the text fine?
