Paragraph - Help to correct it ... Please
Hi,
I need to write the following para., which is constituted by the 3 sentences below. I´m not sure if they are totally correct, namely the sentence 3 ... could you please tell me if they sound right?
1) To address the non-conformance X, it is recommended to review all documentation filed in the office and decide which must be kept in the office, disposed of or transferred to the garages (or other archiving space).
2) This will ensure the use of the office more efficiently.
3) Additionally and to free up even more space in the office and in the archiving area (garages), it would be worthwhile to decide which documentation could be scanned and kept on an electronic format.
I would appreciate if you could help me.
