Paragraph coherence

Hello!

Could you please tell me if the structure of this paragraph is OK?

................
A result of the disorder of the interpersonal relationships, of the relationships of the Ego and the neighbour, is the creation of neurotic situations. The Ego degenerates into a “neurotic personality.” The neurotic tendencies, expressed as obsessive efforts to live together with other persons, to co-operate, to simulate friendly disposition, are efforts coming from feelings of weakness, inadequacy and inferiority, fear and isolation, hostility and envy; these tendencies, motivated by reasons regarding moral and social rules of savoir-fare, are also expressed as obsessive desire of superiority, power, showing-off and as ambitious perfectionistic effort; all these are actions representing invented methods used by the Ego, by the human who tries to deal with each neighbour but mainly to deal with his own self and his Guilty Ego, which neither permits itself to make mistakes nor each humiliating for the Ego conflict and friction.
