paragraph checking

Hi Can someone please check, whether is this paragraph incomplete. Thanks.

Bossman is an Indonesian who owns a company in Kuala Lumpur. A large but disorganized company. Bossman shambles his company's management by his ridiculous behaviors and principle, such as, "Bossman is always right!". Bearing his absurdity is his secretary, Diana, who has to juggle and attend to every ridiculous and impossible need of the Bossman. Diana’s daily confrontation with her boss puts her patience and good sense to the test.

Some of this is acceptable as informal conversation. However, I would make a couples of changes to make it completely correct. Bossman is an Indonesian who owns a company in Kuala Lumpur.
