Paragraph

oftentimes he doesn't help us in work he just come sits in the chair conversate with sir and then he leaves, and which is why every pending work gets imposed on us and eventually we are the one who have to take care of it.


Is that paragraph correct except making run on sentences. Can I say


Eventually we are left with the workload which was supposed to be done by someone else but as we have no helping hand we have to get better off on our own.
