Paragraph

Is this paragraph correct:

"D&C has a special promotion: if you do shopping in their store up to 150 Euros, they will award you a 1 year membership at Holmes Pace gym."

Note: By 'to 150 Euros', I mean if all your shopping reaches 150 Euros.

(By the way, is it correct to say "if all your shopping reaches…?)
