Morning Walk
A walk in the morning is a most pleasant experience. It is the time when everything around is quiet. In the morning we can appreciate the beauty of nature much better than other times. As we walk we can feel that our body is getting rejuvenated and we also sense peace of mind. Further we do not feel much tired in the morning. During the walk we feel happy to see our fellow beings who are also walking along with us or getting ready for the day. Thus, a walk in the morning gives us immeasurable happiness and satisfaction.
