Can anyone help pointing out the mistakes in this paragraph?
First of all I would like to thank you for the pleasant interaction I had with you this morning. I must tell you that your institution, set in serene environment, is one such place where any person who has passion for teaching will love to work for. That was my feeling when I first stepped into the institution this morning.

My initial impression of your institution was one of great serenity. It is exactly the sort of place that a instructor such as myself could easily blend into and manifest my great passion for teaching.

The only idiom in my suggested paragraph is 'blend into'.
In this case, to blend into means to easily incorporate oneself into an organization. You are stating that you believe that you could easily become a valuable working element of such a fine organization.
