paragraph

Hi... For the first time in a very long time, I had to write a paragraph which should have a topic sentence, a developpement and a conclusion. I'm very unsure whether I did it right and would be very very happy if someone could tell me whether it's ok or what I could do better. And as I haven't done it in quite a long time I'm not sure whether I haven't made too many mistakes. Thanks for that and have a good evening.

Here my paragraph:

Typhoon Krosa lashed with powerful winds and torrential rains, killing at least four people and destroying big parts of the country. As Krosa had a radius of 300 kilometres and winds up to 184 kilometres per hour, it caused huge waves and consequential flooding. Additional downpours aggravated the flooding and led to dangerous landslides. In Taiwan’s capital, , more than 200 trees were uprooted and various homes washed away. Furthermore, the northern port city of suffered an incredible power cut, with 400,000 homes affected. In quite a few other cities, the storm was responsible for the shutting down of businesses and schools. However, the worst news after this devastation was the report of more than fifty seriously injured people and four deaths. Causes of the deaths were collapsing houses or mudslides following to the storm. Recapitulatory it can be said that Krosa has not only caused damage and injuries but must also have been very traumatic to experience.
